Resizing embeds

  When I resize a scripted embed the post does not recognize the new width or height and simply retains the original size.

  <object width=”640″ height=”385″><param name=”movie” value=”http://www.youtube.com/xx=1″></param><param name=”allowFullScreen” value=”true”></param><param name=”allowScriptAccess” value=”always”></param><embed src=”http://www.youtube.com/xx=1″ type=”application/x-shockwave-flash” allowfullscreen=”true” allowScriptAccess=”always” width=”640″ height=”385″></embed></object>

  How do I downsize this to a W-160 H-110 so that it is picked-up by the post as such? Changing width and height is not working.
