Resizing Featured Image Header

I love the Karuna Theme, but I am having some difficulty figuring out how to make the Featured Image Header smaller on my posts and pages. It’s just too much, especially on a computer screen. On mobile devices, it really doesn’t matter. Is there anyway to customize this feature? Thank you

We wordpress.com bloggers do not have access to the template files underlying our themes on wordpress.COM hosted blogs and cannot edit them. This is a multiuser blogging platform. All blogs wearing the same theme use the same underlying template found on the live demo site for each theme.Does Customize let me edit HTML?
No. Customize allows you to edit fonts, colors, and CSS only. You can change the appearance of a theme, but not its HTML markup or PHP code. If you require this functionality, please consider moving your blog to a web host that supports theme code modifications. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
