Resizing header of purchased theme.

Hello, I am trying to resize the header image of both the portfolio and blog pages on my website, but since this is using the “Outdoor” theme I purchased a looong time ago, I feel worried about breaking something or doing something that will not translate well on some devices.
Two pages that you can view as example of the issue are:

http://www.mattiacellotto.com/portfolio/animal-hyperrealism-vol-iii/
In both cases the single image (for the blog) and the image slideshow (for the second link) are too tall for my taste, I would like them both to be smaller.
Any idea how one could achieve that?

Perhaps you can ignore the second link, I managed to resize the height simply by adding more pictures to the slideshow for that one, only the blog header remains :)

Hey there, the site isn’t hosted with us so I can’t see the theme settings, but can you try contacting their support? Depending on how it’s set up, you may be able to modify the header template, or there may be a setting somewhere. Or, they might have you add a code snippet to change it.
Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.
