Resizing Images

  Hi there, has WordPress recently changed their settings for image captions and resizing images? We used to be able to enter image captions and they would show up in black text but now they show in white text (and not sure how to change this). Another thing I just noticed is that you can’t drag images to resize them to your preference, you can only choose from the Large/Medium/Small pre-fixed settings or resize before uploading. Could someone help? Thank you.
