Resizing images!? HOW in 2023

Does wordpress allow AT ALL resizing of images using basic HTML in any way at all?? I am hosted by gator, btw. If I pay for a business plan, or any other paid plans you offer will I be able to resize my images using the HTML edit function in either “new post” or “edit post” mode? I can’t imagine you would simply disallow resizing. What business plan would THAT be? I’d appreciate hearing how I might get the ability from wp to easily resize and properly place my images in a post. What will it cost me? I’ll pay. I just need to know how and how much.

The simplest way to edit image size is by exiting the code editor and using the Image Block:
