Resizing mp4 video

I need help resizing mp4 videos and pictures. They are huge are the PC view
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/photos/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
