  Will I be able to resize screen elements in an upgrade?

  I want to change (eliminate some, rearrange others, resize others) in the theme I”ve selected. I know some html (outdated) and have done what I can but the border takes up too much space and I need more text space to handle the tables I’m creating.

  You would need CSS editing skills and the paid CSS upgrade.
