Resolve issue with domain

    I write to resolve issues that have resulted in the request that my domain pryingeye.org be deleted which have resulted in its redemption period status.

    Could you please provide information about how I can resolve any existing issues and regain the use of my domain please.

    Hi Lizzie,

    Could you please provide information about how I can resolve any existing issues and regain the use of my domain please.

    pryingeye.org is currently in the redemption period, which is why there isn’t an option to renew it from your account.

    At this stage, we can still try to recover pryingeye.org but an $80 redemption fee will be added to the $26 domain cost. If you agree, I can send a payment request for that amount and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.

    If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released. This process can take 80 days or more and there is no guarantee you will be the first to register the domain again — which makes it the riskier option out of the two.

    Please let me know which option you prefer.

    Hi Lizzie,

    I see another Happiness Engineer sent a payment request a short time ago. They have just replied to your email and confirmed that we have contacted our domain registrar. We usually receive a reply 1-2 business days so you can expect to hear from us around then.
