  How can I resolve an HTTP 500 error?

  What is the URL of the post, page or image, etc. you refer to please?

  What exactly are you trying to do when you experience this issue?

  Please provide this info:
  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
