Resonar: change image size

  HI everyone,

  I’m using Resonar theme. How do I increase the size of a picture in a post? If I change the site through the insert media tool and I select for example original size, I always see the image as wide as the text column.
  How do I change that?

  This forum is intended for folk who have their sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Your site at riccardocavaliere.com is hosted with another company and running on the free software available here at WordPress.org.

  The difference between the two types of WordPress (WordPress.com and WordPress.org) is an understandable and common point of confusion. If you’re unsure of the differences, then this guide gives a good overview.

  Images that are wider than 1088px will overhang the content area by default with Resonar.

  If your images are wider than 1088px but still not overhanging the content area, then please post an example page/image to the theme’s dedicated support forum over on WordPress.org:
