Respect "Open to this page?" Option when Embedding Ebooks

    Hi,

This is concerning the ebooks embedding feature as explained here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/embedding-ebooks/

During the ‘choose the “Embed a mini Book Reader”’ phase, there’s an option to “Open to this page?”, which then adds a parameter to the iframe that allows the book to be embedded and opened on a specific page (instead of on the cover page).

When the iframe code is pasted to a post, and the post is updated, WordPress turns it into a shortcode, as described in the help page. However, the shortcode discards the page parameter, and so when displayed, the ebook opens on the first page, instead of the specified page.

I would suggest adding the page parameter into account. Since the parameter is embedded in the URL, this shouldn’t really be hard to do ;)

Props to user @jessicahalock for the support question that inspired this suggestion: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-to-embed-mini-book-reader-to-specific-page
