Responding to Help in Forum

Rachelmcr responded to my question in the forum but there was no way to reply to her. the response came as a “do not reply to email”, there was no phone number or email address to respond. i also did not see a reply button when i followed the link. Dead ends all around and my blog is pointing to the wrong url. please help. thank you.
