Responding to people on contact form

  How does one respond to people who use a contact form?

  I want to take their original feedback to me and email address to respond.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  if you have a field for the email address – you should be able to just hit reply and their address will be put in the to line (not the WordPress.COM address that sent you the message) -sort of like magic – I have just hit reply on the contact form and can’t remember having a problem

  Hi maidiebike,

  When a user submits your contact form, it will be emailed to the author of the post/page (to the email address that they have on file for their WordPress.com account here), and the subject line will be the title of your post. If you wish, you can change both the recipient and the email subject of your emails by clicking the “Email notifications” tab.

  You can just reply to the email afterwards.
