RESPONSE REQUIRED – WordPress Violations

(I have ** for the name of the WP Agent who DENIED my rights)
Below is a copy of my prior ‘UNANSWERED’ requests.Wordpress is forgetting they have obligations to consumers under the law.. 1. Consumers have the ‘right of notification’
2. Right to be heard. 3. Right to a refund for unused services.Further, the blog WordPress terminated, is due to be automatically renew in about 1 month and I have yet to speak with anyone about the mishandling of my account.

Consumers have rights!.. What you have sent me is a list of all encompassed ‘possible violations but nothing specific’.. Again, what is the violation??
Wordpress is forcing me to file with Att. Gen.- In the past, I have found their office to be very fair and do indeed follow up with complaints… WHY should this be necessary?
I was told that ‘the payment is too old to refund’- I ask ‘Do you have a calculator’??… $99 divided by 12 months is $8.25 a month… Since I was terminated 2 mo. early, please return $16.50..
My training/experience in Customer Service was this – ‘give the customer something they ask for, as it is a sign of cooperation and good faith’..
Did your trainer not require that you read the Law on Consumer Rights?.. Did they not tell you that your consumers have rights?.. Did they not tell you that ‘policies are not laws’ but Consumer Rights are law?…
Did your trainer, not, tell you that as a ‘customer service rep, it is your job to find a amicable solution’ as it prevents an escalation into legal issues?
As a Customer Service Rep I have identified violations on your part…
The Law says I have a right to be informed- I was NOT informed..
The Law says I have a right to be heard – ‘I requested and was denied a phone call’ when I asked for answers..
The Law says I have a right to a refund for the service you did not provide.. Your email blatantly denies me a refund.
You are there to ensure that Consumer Rights are upheld. Please ask your supervisor if you do not believe me!
I anxiously await your response with ALL my questions answered so that we can put this matter to rest.. Thank you!… Deb/Customer Service Rep – (who takes her job seriously)
