Response to DMCA Notice

  I have filed a DMCA notice on 08.12.2016 to block a wordpress.com site and also sent a email to (email visible only to moderators and staff); (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  But the respective officials neither reply nor acted upon the DMCA notice. It was also not listed in https://lumendatabase.org/ . Could anyone give me direction to address the defamation issue.
