  My non-wordpress followers are asked to ‘log in’ with their email address and a password when they want to comment on a post.
  Please help – any setting I need to change as they do not have a password and do not want to log in just to make a simple comment.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I visited your website and it seems that I can comment without being logged in.

  I have to type my e-mail address, but there is no need of password…

  Are you sure this is what is actually going on ? I don’t want to mess with your posts, so I didn’t tried to post a comment. If you like to test, you can access your site without being logged in, and post a comment somewhere that you can delete afterwards.

  Hi,

  I am aware of this.
  A wordpress blogger can make an comment without typing any passwords. The bigger problem is that my email followers are asked for an email address and a password (which they obviously do not have) when they want to comment on a post and I dont know how to change that.
