Hi there, I enabled Book Lite on one of my test sites and under Mobile Ready, it states “Awesome! Your theme, Book Lite, is already deemed to be mobile-friendly.” Looking at the Book Lite demo site and by resizing the browser screen, it readjusts to the narrow width. Is it possible that you’ve added some custom CSS to your site that could prevent it from resizing?
I’ve also tagged this for Staff assistance.

Here is how I currently see your site with the browser window narrowed to emulate viewing on a phone (temp screenshot).
If you can, please share what it is that you are seeing. You can upload the image to your site’s media library and share the link here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

Hi @senseitbysophie!
I see what you mean, on mobile in chrome the page is being forced to a wider dimension, which is throwing off the layout.
Here’s my screenshot.
It looks like it’s being caused by those long image URLs – they aren’t wrapping until the first hyphen.
I’m filing a bug report now so the design team can take a look at it for us.
In the meantime, there is a way around the issue. If you’d like, rather than displaying the full URL on your page, you can create a link that will be much shorter.
Then people would see the words (for example) Image Credit and be able to click on them to get to the original source :)

Hello!
I’m following up on the issue where long strings of text (like long image URLs) are causing display issues on mobile devices.
We’ve tracked down the cause of this problem and have deployed a fix.
Thank you for reporting this! Please let us know if you have any questions about the above, or if you run into further issues.
