Responsive capability of 'Untitled" theme

    Using the ‘Untitled’ theme, my header appears correctly (responsive) on 4G phone, until you rotate once; then when it is back in the ‘portrait’ position, the header retains the width it did in the ‘landscape’ position, so part of it is cut off.
