Responsive header media – trying to scale down header image on tablet and mobile

  On my site —> mainshock.net <— I have a header image that I want to resize when it is on mobile and tablet. I am having trouble finding the selector for its CSS, among other things.

  My goal is to have the header image scaled down on smaller platforms.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
