Responsive heading

i have set heading 3 to be (both in style.css and css editor):
h3 {
font-size: 1em;
color: #666666;
line-height: 2em;
text-align:justify;
}
However, when my screen reduces to precisely 767-768 px, the h3 goes big and the non-h3 remain small. Please help me resolve.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Could you please specify at what page and what heading exactly do you mean and what browser do you use? Because I don’t see any issues with the headings that I found so I need more facts to help you.

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
