responsive hovering images home page

  I’m wondering how i can make the images on my home page hover around as i scroll up and down the page

  similar to this website http://layerdesign.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, I looked at the site you referenced and do not see any sort of hovering around on the images. What I did see was that the images fade in as you scroll up. Is that what you are talking about?

  yes that effect would be nice also.

  but what i mean is slight shift in the images within the container when you scroll up and down

  To do that sort of thing on scroll, it would require some custom Javascript or jQuery since the software would have to detect scrolling and position information from the browser.

  I see you have some CSS now to move the images on hover.
