Responsive Text Sizing for larger screen sizes

  • Unknown's avatar

I have a question regarding the responsiveness of text on larger screens. I have used the venture template (awesome btw!) and created a site that looks great! The problem I’m running into is when I sent the site out to some friend to review the site, a few of them were not having the same user experience of the site I was having. On larger screens, images, columns, etc had stretched nicely to fill the larger screen but all text objects had remained the same size so in instances where I had 6 line paragraphs, they are seeing 2 long lines of text as a paragraph. Or headings now seem proportionally too small to the image content displayed.

Is there a way to set all text objects to scale 120% on screen sizes larger than X width?

Appreciate your help with this – Thanks!

  • Hi there!

You’ll need to create a child theme and alter the theme’s code to achieve that. That’s not something we can help you with, I’m afraid, but if you decide to hire a freelancer to get help with it, we can recommend Upwork:
