Responsive theme: To open the link in widget 3

  Hi,

  I downloaded responsive theme to my local server and the front page has three widgets. on Widget 1 I created 3 links. I would like to know if there is a way or a function to use so that when I click on a link the content open on widget 3. I don’t want the link to open in another page. I would like all the links to open on the same page in widget 3
