Hi there,
Why do you need to access to Rest API? If you need an API Key, please take into account that WP Accounts are no longer assigned an API Key.
But if your account was created before 2011, an API key was included in your WordPress.com Welcome Email. Please read the following link for more information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/api-keys/ -
I would like to access the content and display it in UI where people vote articles to enter competition.
Thanks for the reference to the document however. I am not sure it above solves this problem. Basically I am trying to find how I can use these APIs : https://developer.wordpress.com/docs/api/

To make authenticated requests, you’ll need to set up an account on WordPress.com if you don’t have one already. You’ll also need to create a WordPress.com client application. https://developer.wordpress.com/apps/
