"REST API DID NOT BEHAVE CORRECTLY"

Hello,
Within the last 24 hours, I seem to be having trouble with my website. I mostly notice this when it comes to updating/creating blog posts and web stories. Anytime I try to create something new or edit an older post, I get a message saying that changes cannot be saved and I risk losing the data.
On my dashboard homepage, under the site’s health, I get this message
“REST API DID NOT BEHAVE CORRECTLY” which again, just started appearing in the last 24 hours.How can I fix this?

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. In your case that appears to be Bluehost.
