REST Api failure

  The REST API request failed due to an error.
  Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

  checking my site health page I got this error message and this happens almost all the time. sometimes the site wont open please I need help on what to do.

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with WhoGo.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
