Rest API’s Returns 404

    Hey I was having some trouble with wordpress page not loading and I deactivated and activated all plugins. first my page showed 404 response then when i changed parmalinks to plain, my rest apis (wp-json/wp) routes started returning 404 Not Found error.
    Please help i have tried everything.

    Self-declared URL: downloads.machinevisiondirect.com
    Jetpack: Unknown
    WP.com: Unknown

    Already tried switching parmalinks back to post name.
    Lemme know if there is any file corruption can lead to this.
