Restance theme has a problem with templates

  We use the blog features of WordPress for Single Property pages and Property Overviews, so that our theme generates various overviews on multiple pages automatically.

  The problem is that we have to create a new custom template for each Single Property page (we will have about 20-40 of them). It’s impossible to take one template and base all blog posts on this template, just changing title, main image, images in the gallery and descriptions in the page editor Gutenverse.

  Gutenverse only allows changes in templates, not in individual posts (or pages). We tried using two templates for blog posts:

  – Services (now called single-property-page): https://pulsphuketa.com/2024/02/28/villa-balijskij-stil-bangtao/

  – Single Posts (called Default in blog post settings in WordPress Dashboard): https://pulsphuketa.com/2024/02/28/sovremennaya-villa-na-bangtao/

  Unfortunately, we can’t use them for new property posts, as we can’t edit a new post in Gutenverse – Gutenverse only allows editing templates.   This is what Gutenverse tells about the relationship Posts/pages to Templates: Each new page and new post have to be associated with a certain template. For Home, About us and Contact, it’s easy, as WordPress shows corresponding templates in the drop-down menu in the WP dashboard. However, for each page that has a non-default (=custom) template, we have to go to Editor (Gutenverse) -> Templates -> Add new (click on + above, next to the word Templates) and then assign each individual post to a certain template in the WP Dashboard.

  This means that we will have 20 templates for 20 properties. We wonder if this is the only solution to the problem OR we can change the relationship Template to Post to one-to-many and use the Default/Single Posts template for all blog posts?
