Restart from new

HELP. i have made a mess here. No experience on wordpress and I seem to have started to different accounts. I want to design a website for my company, Green Oak Construction NI but i dont know what I have done wrong. Can I clear my accounts and start again?? my website address is suppose to be http://www.greenoakconstructionni.co.uk but it keeps putting .wordpress.com at the end of it. Please help.
