Restart Website

  I would like to restart my website though keep the domain.
  If I delete the site eyn2kblog.wrodpress.com will be gone forever, does this mean I will have to purchase it again through wordpress or can I re activate it because blue host is the host?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The domain eyn2kblog.wordpress.com is free and hosted on WordPress.com. If you delete that site, it will be gone forever.
