  Hi there,

  I’d like to keep my URL but I want to start from scratch. New template, new everything.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, you can start from scratch again and still keep yu URL.

  You can manually delete all your pages and posts, by following this link for a step by step guide.

  Or, staff can run a tool to do it for you. I’m adding modlook in the tag to bring it to their attention.

  Hi there,

  While I can empty your site for you, our tool is intended to clear large amounts of content at once. You only have 8 posts on your site, so it will actually be faster for you to delete it yourself from My Site ->Posts and My Site ->Pages.

  To switch to a new template, go to My Site ->Themes and just select the one you want.

  If you still want me to empty it, I’ll need you to confirm, as this process is irreversible – once I remove your content it’s gone forever with no way of restoring it.

  With these kinds of requests it would be helpful if you can ask the user to confirm they understand this cannot be reversed before tagging the thread. That way we can help them more quickly once we get to the thread :)
