Restarting expired blog

  I have a blog at https://buildingsandplaces.com which I sent up three years ago and then allowed to gather dust. Back in March, I was notified that the domain was about to expire, but forgot to renew my subscription by the 30-day deadline. Today I tried to log back in, but appear to be locked out. If it’s at all possible, how do I renew the domain? I end up going round and round in circles when I try to do it from my WordPress profile.
