You can empty your site if you want to delete everything on your site by keeping your site address.If you wish to do it yourself, you can follow the instructions given here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/If you want this to be done by someone from the WordPress staff, then please tag this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that it get the staff’s attention.
If you wish to reach the moderator staff directly for your future questions, just add the modlook tag in the Tags section.

hecteyes, I take it that you’d like me to clear your site based on the Modlook tag. Please confirm which site address you want to have emptied. Also, I need you to confirm that you understand this process is not reversible. If there is any content (posts, text, images, etc…) that you’d like you keep you’ll need to save those first.

That Is indeed correct , the site address is http://twilightbarnowl.wordpress.com/ everything that I want to keep is backed up so everything can be cleared
