restaurant names instead of recent posts

I’m not the greatest with computers, so sorry if this is a easy question. On my blog it has the recent posts on the right. I’d rather it list the restaurant name/place so people could click on the name of the restaurant they want to see the review instead of scrolling through a whole months archives. How do I do this?

I’m seeing a dropdown of monthly archives (where you would need to scroll) and a list of recent posts (which has the restaurant name).
So I’m a little confused about what you are asking to change. I’d love to help, but can you give me a little more information about what you are trying to do?

What about adding a new Page with the Archive Short Code to list the Posts?
I use that on my site to help people find older Posts
