Restoration of my Subscription

I am trying to access my website. I have just renewed my business subscription for next year (2017) before a deadline of December 5/16. I provided the latwest information on my debit card on Nov 28 and gave your account the green line to go ahead and charge my account for 2017 which is what they did because I was notified by the bank that the payment was made. However I was notified today that my subscription is cancelled and the payment which I had already made is being refunded!
Would you kindly reverse this decision. Please leave my website and its content as they are until this issue is settled. The cancellation may have been per-scheduled But the reimbursement is beyond me! Can you do something about this before it is too late?
