I deleted my site muhammadafsarkhan.wordpress.com thinking that this username might become available again. Last week when I contacted public forums, I was informed that since 30 days had elapsed, it was difficult to restore the site. It is requested that this site may kindly be restored as special case since I have learnt my lesson. Further, username muhammadafsarkhan is my name and I want to showcase my forthcoming book on this site. I promise I will never delete it again.

After closing account, Once the 30 days are up and your account is purged.
As i can see in the previous topic related to the same issue
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/accidental-deletion-of-website-2/Wordpress.com staff has already replied you that they can not restore the site as it has cross 30 days.
There is no way it can be restored.
Still, if you want ill tag the staff.
They will reply soon -
