  If you deleted the posts and pages and did not delete them permanently you can use “restore from Trash”. See here Restoring from Trash https://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash

  As far as media goes if it has been deleted from your media library Staff cannot restore it. You have to upload each item again.

  wordpress.com is the domain here and all wordpress.com blogs are on .wordpress.com sub domains. You cannot register a wordpress.com site on a .wordpress.com sub domain that some else has registered under a different username account.
