  I accidently switched mt business to personal and lost my site. How can I fix this?

  Hi there,

  From what I can see you had our Business Plan (monthly) on your site, and the last renewal was on December 4th. I do not see that it was renewed in January however, and it expired as a result. One thing to be aware of is that if you uploaded any 3rd party themes or plugins while under the Business plan, those would be lost since you need an active Business Plan to be able to use those again.

  I do see that more recently you upgrade to the Personal plan, but that would not be sufficient to recover the contents you had under the Business plan.

  However, if you wish you can re-upgrade to the Business plan, and when you do our priority support team (provided under that plan) will be able to help you via live chat with accessing your previous backups and restoring the site to it’s original appearance.
