  We used the site transfer utility to move from our existing site. All we have now is an empty WordPress instance. Not sure why our database and uploads did not transfer.

  I see that everything from farpointcon.com was successfully transferred to https://farpointcon.wpcomstaging.com/. However, the nameservers to farpointcon.com is still pointing away from your WordPress.com site.

  You’ll want to update them now that the site is hosted with us. You can do so from Upgrades > Domains under the nameservers drop down:
