Restore a Closed Account

  Hi there, I need to restore a Starter account which I accidentally cancelled? It says I need to contact support but I don’t have any way to contact WordPress?

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!

  It looks like you upgraded your site to the WordPress.com Creator plan and installed plugins/third-party themes, which activated some hosting features that are only available on the Creator plan and higher. In order to prepare the site for the WordPress.com Starter plan again, we must remove all those that you added after upgrading to the Creator plan.

  Are you okay with us going ahead with this? Please confirm, and we’ll revert the site and restore the WordPress.com Starter plan for you.
