Restore a deleted site

  Hi, I’ve genuinely no idea what I’ve done, I was trying to troubleshoot why I couldn’t view or edit any of my pages, and somewhere in the process I’ve deactivated or deleted my site. When I log on now I simply get the message that says ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.
  Would you like to start one? ‘
  I realise it’s complete user error, but I’d appreciate any help in restoring please? Thanks, Julie-Ann
