  @alexchvez this one is tricky. We need to work directly through the account that owns the domain, but the account associated with that domain was deleted, and the domain was cancelled.

  If you did that, can you first look for the confirmation email about deleting the account? Please respond to that, using the email address you had associated with that account. We’ll see what we can do from there.
