Restore an accidentally deleted blog

I accidentally deleted my blog by deleted wp3-total-cache. I was trying to follow Yahoo’s directions to update wordpress. Now everything disappeared on http://shelterreform.org/blog1/wp-admin/index.php
How can I restore 4 years worth of blogs?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
