Restore blog address name if i was the owner

hello guys,
i have some problem
i have 2 blog address name :
1. firstname.wordpress.com
2. secondname.wordpress.com
i want to change my firstname to be secondname, so first step i change secondname to be othername.wordpress.com then i delete secondname,
after delete, quickly i change firstname.wordpress.com to be secondname.wordpress.com
that’s the problem, error message ‘Sorry, that site has already been used!’i also access secondname.wordpress.com and here is
secondname.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
It is saying it has already been used because you previously used, then deleted it. Unfortunately, once deleted, it cannot be recovered. There are warning messages throughout the process of deletion. In some cases, if it has been two years or more and no conflicts, then it may be possible.

Unfortunately, no. There are several warning messages during the deletion process to help prevent things like this from happening. Once deleted, it is no longer available for use. Unless the two year mark applies like mentioned above.

Hi @hasbullahmarwan, deleting a site deactivates its address. It does not free it up. We do indeed provide warnings in the deletion process. We can work on clarifying those warnings though: can you confirm whether you read them and misunderstood, or whether you did not see them?

Also, the very best way to change a sites URL is to let our system create the new address, rather than creating the new address and trying to move things around. Here’s how:
