restore board data and images

  Hello,
  I am new here.

  I have an old website with old style of board and album.
  I’ve been using it quiet a long time, so I have so many data to save.

  I have a back up file but how can I restore them into my wrodpress Board?

  anybody knows?

  So you have a backup XML file you want to import to your WordPress.com site?
