Restore Deactivated Plan

I’m requesting assistance to restore the petesoro.com website. I thought that I had changed the payment method and all was set but apparently didn’t. I have updated it now. After getting to: https://wordpress.com/checkout/petesoro.com via help form the WP Support Assistant, the plan and rates are incorrect. Please help recover the plan and website.

PLEASE, someone help on this issue. I have hit all dead ends communicating with AI. AI told me that the account and website would be recoverable for 30 days after cancellation. I tried to use the Account Recovery form but it states that petesoro.com is not hosted on WordPress.com. It was for 21 months until the billing issue noted above and I missed notifications. WordPress.com still recognizes that it is hosted at WordPress.com. This is from https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/Petesoro.com
