Restore Deleted Blog

  Hi there. I recently and accidentally deleted my blog a mermaids kitchen….! I am hoping that somehow that name can be restored or if I can restore the old blog, please help! I am new to wordpress and am trying to teach myself how to use it and in the process deleted the wrong blog. Thank you in advance for any assistance!

  I’m sorry that’s not possible. It’s unfortunate that you deleted the blog. The instructions include 3 warnings that deleted blog URLs are not recycled and require clicking a verification link in an email to complete the deltion. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
