Restore deleted blog/Recuperar blog borrado

I need help please.
I had two open blogs and I wanted to delete one of them, as long ago not to use it, and when I finished I saw that I have erased the two.
I need to get it back the blog I’m using.
Can anybody help me?

Tenia dos blogs abiertos y he querido borrar uno de ellos, pues ya hace tiempo que no lo uso, y cuando he terminado me he dado cuenta de que se me han borrado los dos.
Necesito recuperar el que si estoy usando.

No deleted blog URLs are recycled here, regardless of who registered and deleted them, and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago

Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

I think I did not explain properly.
Yesterday I had two active blogs, and one of them did not use long and decided to delete it, and mistakenly delete both blogs … what I want is to recover the entire blog, with content … you know if it is possible? or all of the content I have lost?

I have a question – I have pulled back a few blogs I had posted, and want to now put them back on. I worry that all my followers will get notified. Is this the case? I just want them back now from draft form and not an email notification sent – I think I’m ok to do this and they don’t get notification (as I will be just re-posted). making sense?
