Restore deleted domain & transfer it

Hello,
I have purchased the domain flavor-y.com about 24 hours ago. After that however I decided that I wanted to transfer it to WordPress.org but it required at least 60 from the purchase in order to transfer it.
Then I decided to delete it from WordPress.com and canceled my yearly subscription and wanted to buy it again and use it in the .org.
Unfortunately when tried to do so, it seems that the domain is not free, although I’ve canceled it. Guess now WordPress.com owns it for a while.Is there a way I can get back domain and have it transferred to WordPress.org (I use bluehost as a hosting, already made an account)?

Wait: You can wait about five days for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.
Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.
Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here after all, buy a plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.

I would wait 5 days for the domain to be released. Should it be working days or doesn’t matter?
And since I’ve also canceled my Personal plan, when could I expect a refund for the money I’ve paid for it to WordPress.com?

No, it doesn’t matter. That’s an automated process.
