Restore deleted media?

  Hi
  I deleted images from my media gallery and didn’t realise they would disappear from blog posts.
  I don’t have them saved on any other device, how can I restore them?

  Once you delete an images from your media gallery, there is no way to restore it, https://wordpress.com/support/media/deleting-files/

  Oh my gosh, so I’ve lost all the images for all my past posts, that’s crazy :-(

  That’s not crazy, that’s normal. When you throw things away, they don’t reappear magically.

  I was referring to the fact that they also get deleted from the post too as I didn’t delete them from there.
